Here are some easy do-it-yourself steps:
Checking to see if your treadmill needs lubrication ......
1.) Set your treadmill to full elevation.
2.) Turn the power off
3.) Stand on treadbelt at the top with your feet slightly behind you
4.) Push your body away from the console
If you roll back freely your machine is well lubricated, if you notice that you stop, or it is very hard to push away then your machine needs service. Sticky treadbelts are one of the major causes of damage to treadmills. Call for service TODAY!!!!!
